Scott E. Arterburn, P.E.
A licensed Professional Engineer in Maryland and Wisconsin, Scott has primary responsibility for technical design, permitting and construction-related issues at The Rainmaker Group. Scott has been involved in 50+ state- and federally-funded residential developments, and has led national seminars on golf course community development. Scott’s prior employment includes U.S. Golf Ltd., a golf course development located in Madison, Wisconsin, and DeCarlo and Doll, a full-service civil engineering firm in Hamden, Connecticut. Scott earned his Master’s Degree in Construction Management from the University of Colorado, and holds his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin.
Todd A. Arterburn
Todd’s responsibilities at The Rainmaker Group focus on aesthetic design, business development, finance and operations. Todd has been a frequent speaker at national golf community development conferences, and has published several real estate development articles in national magazines. Prior to the formation of The Rainmaker Group, Todd worked in international investment banking with MNC International Bank in Baltimore, and also spent five years working on nuclear arms control issues at the National Security Agency. Todd received his Master’s Degree from Georgetown in National Security Studies, and his Bachelor’s degree in International Economics from the University of Wisconsin.
