In 2007, the Meadow Creek Golf Club opened for play in Dracut, Massachusetts. This $5.3 million facility, designed by local engineer Jeff Brem, was a component of a major residential subdivision. The project’s lender retained Rainmaker to manage the development and construction of the 18-hole golf course project.
