The Maples Senior Housing

Located in La Plata, The Maples Senior Housing project delivered 75 much-needed affordable age-restricted apartments to southern Maryland. The Maples was a $7.1 million project funded in conjunction with the State of Maryland’s Community Development Administration, which awarded the project low income housing tax credit financing to facilitate the project. Rainmaker worked with Interfaith Housing to acquire the property, design, permit and build The Maples, which was completed in 2001.
