Dayspring II Townhomes

The Dayspring II townhomes, located in Ridgely, Maryland, were completed in 1997 in partnership with Interfaith Housing. A total of 20 units, with development costs of $1.5 million, were made available to moderate-income families on the Maryland Eastern Shore. Funding was provided by low income housing tax credits, grants and bank financing.
