Howard County Halfway House and Treatment Center

Located on the grounds of the Taylor Manor facility in Ellicott City, Maryland, Howard County Health Services retained Rainmaker to manage the renovation of a mental health facilities building. Completed in 2005, the facility now provides counseling and short-term housing for recovering substance abusers.
