Roosevelt Commons Office Suites

A major Route 1 redevelopment project in Howard County, Maryland, Rainmaker acquired the land, designed the structure and built this 13,000 square foot 4-story Class A office building that is now operating as Roosevelt Commons Executive Office Suites by BWOffices. Roosevelt Commons, heralded as “unusually striking” by the Columbia Business Monthly, is leading the way in creating a business hub in the Route 1 corridor between Baltimore and Washington. Shell construction was completed on this $2.8 million project in 2009, with interior build-out continuing in phases through 2011.
