Beacon Hill Golf Course

The Beacon Hill Golf Course, located in Leesburg, Virginia experienced significant complications during early construction, at which time the project financiers asked Rainmaker to oversee the completion of the project. Rainmaker managed the construction of the final 6 holes of the troubled Johnny Miller-designed course, representing a total of $3 million in expenditures. The course opened for play in 2004.
