Hampshire Greens Golf Course

Facing major cost overruns and significant time delays early in construction, the Montgomery County Revenue Authority engaged Rainmaker to bring the project back on budget and on schedule. This $11.2 million 18-hole project, located in Ashton, Maryland, opened for play in 1999. Rainmaker managed the development and construction of the golf course, clubhouse and maintenance building.
