Lower Makefield Township, outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, had for years harbored the economic development dream of developing a high-end publically-owned golf course within the township’s borders. They turned to Rainmaker to manage the design and construction of this 18-hole $16.2 million facility, honored as a Reader’s Choice Best New Course by Northeast Golf Magazine after its opening in 2004. Rainmaker was responsible for managing the design and construction of the golf course, clubhouse and maintenance facility.
