Pound Ridge Golf Club

Ken Wang, brother of famed dress designer Vera Wang, fought for nearly ten years to acquire the permits to expand a dated 9-hole into an 18-hole world-class championship facility in Pound Ridge, New York, less than an hour from Manhattan. Mr. Wang engaged Rainmaker to manage final permitting, engineering, design and construction of this $40+ million Pete Dye/Perry Dye golf course, to include a temporary clubhouse and state-of-the-art maintenance center. Opened in 2008, both Golf Digest and Golf Magazine named Pound Ridge one of the Top Five New Courses in the country.
