Burnt Mill Estate

On this multi-generational family farm in Wells, Maine, Rainmaker was retained by the owners to oversee the design and construction of the infrastructure to support this 85-lot residential community and country club. The project included road improvements, installation of underground sewer, and the construction of a wastewater treatment plant on the proposed golf course driving range, and was completed in 2005.
