East New Market Senior Housing

Another project in partnership with Interfaith Housing, Rainmaker led the procurement of low income housing tax credits, structured the financing, and managed the design and construction which converted this historic high school into 19 units of income-restricted senior housing in East New Market, Maryland. This project was completed in 1999.
