In partnership with Volunteers of America – Chesapeake, Rainmaker led the major renovations with tenants in place in this 71-unit affordable family housing complex. Located in the Irvington Woods neighborhood of Baltimore City, the $7.8 million project was funded in part by low income housing tax credits awarded by the State of Maryland’s Community Development Administration. As construction progressed, Rainmaker moved tenants into temporary housing both on- and off-site to minimize the disruption to their lives. Construction was completed in 2007.
