Snow Hill Senior Housing

Working in partnership with Interfaith Housing, Rainmaker won low income housing tax credit financing from the Maryland Community Development Association for this $4.1 million 30-unit independent living center in Snow Hill, Maryland. Rainmaker managed the design, permitting, construction and rent up, which was complete in 2006.
