The Lodges At Naylor Mill

In conjunction with Interfaith Housing, Rainmaker identified the property, designed and engineered the project, arranged the financing, managed the construction, and monitored the initial rent up of this $7.8 million 65-unit senior housing project located in Salisbury, Maryland. The project was awarded low income housing tax credits by the State of Maryland’s Community Development Administration. Due to delays in the extension of the City of Salisbury’s sewer system, Rainmaker had to manage that public work as well. The Lodges opened in 2008.
