Van Ness North Cooperative

The Van Ness North Cooperative, located in Washington, DC, was originally built in the 1970s, and the coop board made the determination to undertake significant improvements and updating. The 476-unit building retained Rainmaker to manage the investment of over $12 million in improvements to the interior, the parking structure and the pool deck. The improvements were completed in 2006.
