Rainmaker gutted and rebuilt this 2,500 square foot original cape style home in the heart of Ellicott City, which Rainmaker had previously purchased at a foreclosure auction. The original farmhouse in a 12-lot subdivision, it had fallen into disrepair and had become a neighborhood eyesore. Rainmaker re-worked the floor plan to create a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home with a sunroom, large family room with original stone fireplace, country kitchen that took advantage one of the house’s original stone walls, and a fully-finished basement.
