Baltimore City Scattered Sites

Rainmaker acquired, gutted, designed and built multiple row homes in the unit block of East Washington Street, the 1900 block of Pratt Street and the 1600 block of Covington Street in Baltimore City. These redevelopment projects contributed to the renaissance of the Upper Fells Point, Butchers Hill and Federal Hill neighborhoods in the early 1990s.
