Rainmaker acquired this 4.2 acre infill parcel located in Ellicott City, Maryland at auction. Serious topographical and wetland challenges limited the subdivision to two high-quality building lots, upon which Rainmaker then built a spec house that sold midway through construction. This led to the sale of the second lot, and the construction of the second house under contract with the lot buyer. The sale of the completed homes took place in 2010 and 2011, with total proceeds of $1.35 million.
