Millers Mill Road

Rainmaker purchased a total of 8 acres in three parcels in Cooksville, Maryland County in the summer of 2015, one of which included a very large rancher (~7,600 sf). Rainmaker gutted the rancher, and invested approximately $275,000 into its renovation before selling it. Concurrently, Rainmaker re-subdivided the three parcels, creating three attractive wooded lots. Rainmaker will be spec building two large single family homes on the remaining two wooded lots. The first one should be ready for sale for the 2016 holidays.
