Ten Oaks

Located in Clarksville, this spectacular home sits on 12 acres of woods, fields and streams, and includes a great fishing pond. The previous owner had customized the home’s floor plan to include an in-law apartment, which the new owner wished to integrate into the main house. Rainmaker designed, permitted and built the major renovation, capturing the former apartment for the use of an active, young family. The work also included a new barrel-roofed front porch and front landscaping/hardscaping, along with a structural change to the garage doors to extend the arched theme of the front porch, and allow the garage to be used by larger vehicles.
